Mikaela: Confidence Through Authenticity
For Mikaela, being a Wella Woman is about confidence and self-belief.
“Being a Wella woman is powerful, it’s exciting. I have the best confidence in myself because my hair is fabulous. There is no going wrong.”
When it comes to inspiration, Mikaela believes it’s not just one individual who shapes her perspective - it’s the women she encounters every day.
“There’s no specific woman that I’ve ever felt individually inspired by because I think women as a whole are so special and so underrated. We give them to ourselves all the time, whether they’re my clients, the young girls growing up. The young girls inspire me with their fashion and the older women always have some living piece of advice that keeps me on the straight. They’re incredible, beautiful women and I’m inspired by them all.”
Mikaela’s current must-haves? The Ultimate Smooth range, which helps her keep her curls looking their best.

“Lyndal always inspires me. We’ve been working together for so many years and everything she does with her kids, with the Wella brand, constantly being cool. I just want to be her."
For Madison, hair is the ultimate finishing touch - an extension of personal style.
“For me, hair is just like your style. It’s like the ending to your outfit, you know. It’s so fun. So I just feel so lucky I get to do hair and you can change your personality. You can change who you want to be that day. So for me, yeah, I love being able to express myself through hair.”
Her go-to product reflects her passion for beautiful, healthy blonde results.

Marilyn: Empowering Women Through Colour
For Marilyn, being a Wella Woman is about far more than just the products - it’s about the education, community, and shared passion that shapes careers.

She finds inspiration in the generosity that defines so many women within the hair industry.
“I’m inspired by the women in this industry who lead with so much generosity, the ones that share their knowledge, open doors, celebrate your successes and remind you there’s a space for all of us in this industry.”
Marilyn describes colour as her “love language”, using it to create meaningful transformations for her clients.
“Colour is my love language. It’s how I create something personal for every woman who sits in the chair. When they stand up and they look at themselves in the mirror, you see that emotional shift and you see them just stand so much taller. That’s when I know I’ve done my job.”
One of her favourite products to maintain beautiful colour?
