3 - For express toning: Mix BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toner with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% Pastel Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Develop for 5 minutes

4 - For express toning and base breaking: Mix BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toner with Welloxon Perfect 3% (10 Vol) Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Develop for 5 minutes

5 - Rinse and lightly shampoo with ColorMotion+ shampoo and Express Post-Color
